:: Generation Kill Episode 6 Preview Summary — “Stay Frosty”

It’s no surprise there’s continuing dissension among the men. The pressure and danger are high; the boredom and surrealism, occasionally overwhelming.

Captain America’s (Eric Nenninger, below) guys are quickly growing disillusioned with his leadership and a member of the Regimental Combat Team, after reaching an objective, is still Eric Nenninger as Captain America in HBO’s Generation Killrelieved of his duty. Upon hearing that news, Encino Man (Brian Wade) throws Fick (Stark Sands) a warning: Don’t question any more orders.

First Recon’s next mission is an emotionally tough one. They’re charged with helping civilians they find on the highway, running to escape from Baghdad. But with Baghdad in their sights, the guys figure the war’s just about coming to an end, at least for them.

The soldiers head to Baqubah, north of Baghdad, to battle Iraqi troops. From this fight, come prisoners. And with prisoners, come the first issues with their treatment…
