COMING TO DVD: This swank giveaway is to commemorate the DVD release of Planet Terror, coming this Tuesday. This “unrated and extended” version includes commentary by writer/director Robert Rodriguez, a short feature on the film’s stunts, and a rundown of the movie’s babes and guys. (I’m skeptical of the segment titled “Casting Robert Rodriguez’s Son Rebel”).
YOUR STUPID BOYCOTT: Are you one of the vocal idiots “boycotting” the split DVD release of the two Grindhouse features? Hey I’m a big Grindhouse fan (read my Grindhouse review) — but not THAT big. This is what you’ve chosen to boycott in your life? How about companies’ unfair business practices? How about goods made in fuc*ing China? Or even the stupid Today Show for all their Britney Spears coverage? Look, either buy the DVD or don’t. I don’t think it’s worthy of a petition.

Because I love the Movies and Rose McGowen. I think the boycott is stupid and am buying both movies and will but the combined when it comes out.
