Last week, we reviewed a must-see list of indie films from the “Mumblecore” movement, including Joe Swanberg’s quirky SXSW hit, Hannah Takes The Stairs.
TRAILER
If you’ve been wanting to see Hannah, but don’t live in one of the limited-run cities mentioned, you can see it right now, at home.
Hannah Takes The Stairs has just premiered on demand, thanks to the excellent IFC “day-and-date” program called IFC First Take. Each month, a selection of IFC films screens in theaters and on demand on the same day. Hannah joins films like Drama/Mex and the baaaaad-ass farm thriller Black Sheep (see the trailer), and will be available through Thanksgiving.
Look for the category titled “IFC In Theaters” on your On Demand service. Movies are usually $5.99 each. A bargain really.
