Philip Seymour Hoffman in Pirate RadioIf you’re eagerly awaiting this weekend’s release of Pirate Radio (or The Boat that Rocked for you UK Lobby readers), you can get a taste of the 1960s period playlist now, thanks to the musical marketing efforts from Focus Features.

First, the Pirate Radio station. I got a taste while writing this, and caught “I Get Around” by the Beach Boys and The Kinks’s “Sunny Afternoon.” Love The Kinks.

If that sounds like some good sounds, you can listen to Pirate Radio now. Or, if you want to select online, iPhone or Blackberry listening, you can make that choice here (and see clips).

The second goodie is Pirate Radio’s version of Name That Tune in a handy widget. Can you nail down 15 songs in 15 seconds?
